hi all,

I found this group today and am so glad i did as at 9am this morning i was ready to give up, i have spent ages reading this groups threads today and am ready to try this out.

Ive got all my figures sorted and am now on my way upstairs to hide the scales so im not tempted to weigh for a few weeks till things settle down.
