Week Two: Exhaustion Test

At the end of week 2 you are suppose to complete an exhaustion test. I recommend doing this a day or two after your complete the workouts for week 2. Like your initial test, this test will simply see how many pushups you can do non stop. Please post your results here and the end of the week. You results from this test will tell you which column to follow in week 3!

    I agree. The point is that you can do more than you could before.. and that is awesome!

    I managed 46. I'm happy with that for sure. I used to do 20 every day and my initial test was 30 so I'm up for sure.

    I had no choice but to do the test after a very physically draining day at work. I was 8 hours in the sun loading lumber, mulch and stone by hand. I know, I know...excuses, excuses. haha

    do what you feel comfortable with. You don't want to risk injury, but you also don't want to hold yourself back

    thats true. i think i will try to do week 1 day 3 and if i am ok with it, i will continue with week 3, if not. i will go back to week 2.
