What are your summer goals?
Mine will be to finally come out of these sad 200's. It's going to take some hard work but I am going to try really hard.

My goal is to also be out of the 200s by the end of the summer and hopefully on my way out of the 190s. I think that's a reasonable goal. (fingers and toes crossed :-) )0

That's my goal too! I want to get to "onederland". I'm going to a Maxwell concert in July and I'm crossing my fingers that by then I'll be there! 61 more days! But if not . . . definitely by sometime in August. Even if it's the END of the summer I"ll be happy.0

My goal for the summer is to most def to be out of the 200's and to tone the areas that are flabby.0

My goal is to be in the 180s and size 12 by the end of the summer. Right now I am at 212 and size 16ish.
And finish 100 pushups *with modified ones and 200 squats.0 -

Like everyone else I want out of the 200's!!! I made it to 199lb before I binged on potatoes ( I LOVE potatoes) and gained back 6 lbs. Over the summer I want to lose 45lbs, or 15lbs a month for the next three months.0

Everyone is sooo pumped for the summer. I am too. My goal is to loose 30 lbs by Aug.1. I am trying to loose as much weight as possibe befor my step daughter comes back for the school year.0

My goal is to lose 40 pounds by the middle of July! I am currently weighing 190 so 40 pounds would get me at 150 where I can actually breath a little a be out of the obese range
So here is to working hard and getting fit! WE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!
