Call it coincidence but... since virtually doubling my calories last week and after having been on a plateau for over a month, I jumped on the scales this morning and drumroll please.... I lost 2.4kg since monday! Thats over 5lbs. I am now at my lowest post kids!

That is insane!

I was SOOOOOooooo worried that eating more would have me spike for a bit and I wouldnt be able to stick with it. But this... This is insane!

Im so happy... doing a little happy dance right now.

So Im sold. I promise I will eat from now on! I dont quite know how Im going to keep this up as I am really struggling to eat my cals. But I will definately try!

    I was going to revise my goal as I didnt think I would get there. But I now feel like i can. 58kg... Here I come!
