Logging workouts

I just started and I'm trying to figure out the best way to enter in the workouts from the book onto My Fitness Pal. I don't see some of the workouts. Suggestions?

  • For accurate calories everything gets logged under "cardio"

    I normally log:
    interval training for Blast
    Pilates for Firm
    high intensity cardio for Burn

    When I remember I wear a heart rate monitor and just plug in the calories off of that.
