Wednesday's Challenge

Try and add 15 min of physical activity to your day today.....that is different then exercise so that can be cleaning a room, walking to the corner store, hanging sheets outside to dry, gardening, wash car, Frisbee, or ping-pong (I miss that game) and so one.....although not calorie torchers but it helps with extra being expended rather then just sitting on the couch! Ha!
Plus, the added bonus of accomplishment which helps us all feel freedom!!!!
I am about to wash dishes! YUCK!

    Oh I've totally got this one....lol....no shortage of cleaning to do here. But you're right, getting up and doing SOMETHING is better than sitting around doing nothing! :smile:

    I can do this, we are leaving for vacation tommarrow...and I have not even started getting ready..lol
