Since starting Insanity

Since I started Insanity I have lost 17.5 inches from my whole body and 3 pounds. I am very proud of myself, and how far I have come, and I'm only on day 9. My profile pic is an update from day 1 on left to day 8. :smile:

    thats great, I will be doing day 4 today.

    I hope I lose that much in the first 9 days. I am also doing the gym as well
