Well 1st official weigh in!

No change so far this week but its only been 4 days since i started working out like a maniac and i can definitely notice a change in myself, just not showing on the scales as of yet.
NOW IM STAYING AWAY FROM THE SCALES UNTIL NEXT FRIDAY!

1st weigh in - 127lbs.
think we should all set a goal of 1lb loss for next week. this is a reachable target. Until then, no sneaky weigh ins lol! DO NOT give into the temptation! WE GOT THIS GIRLS!x0 -

im in :-), i doesnt have to be just about weight loss does it? my aims is to gain weight, in fact my aim is to gain exactly 1lb of weight a week. is it ok if i join?
current weight is 87.1kg, last weeks 86.6kg i currently weigh every friday so its perfect for me x
P.S its not as easy as it looks to gain just 1lb a week and if anyone thinks it is please look through my diary at how comitted i am to my goal.

I have a depressingly long way to go...but I did lose 4lbs this week. That sure feels good!0

With a goal of reaching 130lbs or less.0 -
125.6 my goal is 117lbs. Maybe less. I'm glad this group started recently. A while week is a long time when I weigh myself at least once our 3xs a day!0

Hi all! I'm Meryl. I actually hhhhhaaaatttttteeeee weighing myself, so I'm hoping being part of the group will help me remember do it weekly!
Weigh-in today was right at 123lb, up from the last time I weighed a couple weeks ago - disappointing, sure, but I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I also just upped my calories to try and break through my months-long plateau, so I'm a little worried about how the scale will react!0 -

WOOOPS! I forgot to post this yesterday but I weighed yesterday and am 118! I passed my first goal and am hoping to tone this machine up now!0

Well my first weigh in is today... which is a monday but I'm weighing myself on frieday and then once a week every friday after that! Starting weight is 143.5 (today)0
