Well 1st official weigh in! 143.2 No change so far this week but its only been 4 days since i started working out like a maniac and i can definitely notice a change in myself, just not showing on the scales as of yet. NOW IM STAYING AWAY FROM THE SCALES UNTIL NEXT FRIDAY!
