Well. what was your aim and what is the result??

My aim was 150--- aint happening! I think i have gained :(

    last week 87.3kg
    this week 87.6kg,
    not much of a gain but il take it, currently upped my calories to 3800 on gym days and 3300 on non gym days, also only weight training 3 days a week instead of 4. hoping it should amke the difference

    I am down again this week, 138.4lbs, so happy with that!

    Hello all who are dedicated!:) I weighed in at a different time today so I'm not too sure about how set this is but the scales showed 116! So I 'lost' around a pound!:) I'm taking a break from counting for a tad so we'll hope I can use this as some motivation for good choices! Good job everyone! I love having your support!
