TBH i am more active on my iphone App than i am on the forums but i will try and make a concerted effort to keep up to date with everyone!

Hi there! I find the forums a bit of a timewaster, but do like seeing the sucess stories! Went out for lunch today then dh went for chinese for tea even though I said I had no calories left Just had a taste but a bit annoyed tbh. Have managed to log again and it really shows up my chocolate problem 0
