Hi Mumsnetters Could you take a look at my food diary if you have time? I usually stick within my cals, but always seem to end up spending more on snacks than I do on main meals. I'm not sure if it is OK or too 'snacky'. I am open to suggestions. Thanks Mumsnet name Bproud
I'm having venison steak, celeriac chips, broccoli and mayonnaise (345 calories).
