    Just ordered a digital scale ( so I can get more accurate readings) and a tape measure. They should be here my Wednesday!!!
    I just exceeded my 3500 calorie goal for exercising this week. So I feel great, and have been working hard - if that counts for anything.

    L/R CALVES-15.5/15.5 IN/ 15/14.75 IN <---- 1.25IN TOTAL ( and now they are back uneven!!)

    im really pleased with my first week! (but now if i don't get these kind of results every week, i will be disappointed!) but i'll take it! 4pounds and 5.75inches is good for me!!!! :)

    Consistency and drive!!! plus logging (it really does help me)!!

    Just started today:

    BASELINE/ WEEK 1

    WT- 138 lbs
    CHEST- 38.5 inches
    WAIST- 30 inches
    HIPS- 39 inches
    L/R ARMS- 11.5 inches
    L/R thighs- 21 inches
    L/R CALVES-12.5 inches

    I've grown a bit soft during this past round of final exams... :(
    Here's to bringing back the bombshell!

    Hello :-)

    My measurements on 26th May are:

    Weight 8st 11.5lbs (-0.5lb)
    Chest 36" (+0.5"!)
    Waist 30" (29.5") (-0.5")
    Hips 35" (no change)
    Thighs 20" (no change)

    0.5lb is not v good really but am approaching period so can feel some water retention (hence sore and swollen boobs!)
    Just started my 30 day shred (on day 2) so hoping for better results next week. Well done everyone else.

    Hi ladies!

    Last week, my measurements and weight were...

    183.4 LBS

    CHEST- 36.2IN
    WAIST- 34.3IN
    HIPS- 45IN

    AND Today...I weigh in at 181.4!!!

    CHEST...34.7IN
    WAIST...32.8IN
    HIPS... 43.8IN

    All numbers have DECREASED...YAY!!!

    The cookies during the week (although mostly within my calorie intake) and my end of week binge (thanks to a headache where I thought food would fix it?!) my week ended with a couple of really bad days and a gain. But weighed in again this morning after a workout and its down under my starting weight. We'll see what happens come this Sunday... Don't want to think about the daily fluctuations too much.

    NATURAL WAIST- 25.75 (26.5 IN)
    BELLY - 30.75 (31 IN)
    HIPS (widest part) - 37.75 (38 IN)

    Not bad, glad the weight go back down
