I never was a hugh fan of "water," But after reading this book, I have a whole lot of respect for it. And now keep water within reach wherever I go. Never knew that SEA Salt with so many minerals is vital for our health.

I have read that book... after I carried a gallon of water with me everywhere lol. The kids use to be embarassed by it, but now they are use to me.0
