How do you log each c25k workout in MFP?

I use a pace tracker when I run to see my speed, and log my 'running' minutes and then log my walking mins seperately.0

I have a heart rate monitor, I just enter the calories under "running" and get it as close to what the HRM says as i can0

I have just started week 2 - and I am LOVING it
I have a heart rate monitor also
I have added a C25K Exercise in 'My Exercises' and just change the minutes and the calories each time
