Just for reference - When I started:

At the top of the hike, first time my guns have seen the light of day in years lol - ....this picture is a the top of a couple mile hike, and 600 calories later:

    Looks like you're been working your *kitten* off.

    Are you noticing that you're losing less size, than weight? I guess in terms of feeling smaller, or losing inches against actual weight lost?

    I am definitily losing more inches than weight at the moment. That pick is only (i always forget) like a 6 or 7lb difference. But its quite a few inches that are gone...and I fit into some old pants ect. I am also lifting very heavy on the weights side along with the cardio so probably has something to do with it.
