Push - or another week of burn....

So I've sort of finished the Burn phase. I say sort of because I have not been very good at sticking rigidly to schedule (sometimes 2 or 3 days between each circuit) and last week I had to miss Circuit 3 as I was away from home.

Today's workout was REALLY hard, and in one or two I have not managed to increase more than 1kg since week 1.

So, do I do another week or Burn or push on to push?

are you commited to another week of push or do you really want something new?

IMO, i would be ready for the newness of Push and would not want to hold myself back.

You can always do the program another round when you finish. I plan to do it a 2nd time :)

Are you trying to stick to the calendar? then I would just follow that schedule.

    hope that helps...

I'm happy with either to be honest - I'm just worried my inconsistency means I'm not strong enough to get the most out of push.

sorry, just realized I said one more week of Push when I meant burn.

I would stick with burn another week -it's only 3 workouts really!

    hugs :)

I would do another week of burn to keep building strength.

Thanks everyone - I think you are right and another week is my best bet.

You say that will keep building strength - does the push phase change emphasis? Last time I tried a round of chalean I only got to push wk 2 as I had small dumbells and didn;t feel I was achieving anything. Now I have a gym full so looking forward to it!
