how eating more worked for me

I am a 4'11", 121(ish) pounds woman. I have been on MFP since November 2010.
At first, like everyone else, I ate 1200 calories a day and I was miserable. I had no energy, was irritable and it was just not pleasant. I lasted a few months before I got smarter and started eating 1400 calories plus my exercises calories. It was OK but my weight loss was very slow.At this point I was just doing cardio ( and hating every minute of it) and while I got smaller, I was still soft. In July 2011 I found strength training and just fell in love. My body changed in so many way. I did the 6 months program of NROL4W. My shoulders became wider so it balanced my hips. I lost inches all over. After 6 months my weight was still the same but I went from a tight 6 to a loose 4.
After that program, I really wanted to shed some fat so I did a cut cycle. I didn't cut calories that much but I got weak and sick really fast. I lasted only 4 weeks. I tried to do a second cut cycle but only lasted 1 week with horrible side effects.
This is when I asked my friend kiki to help me cause I was so unsure of what to do. She had me eat 2000 calories for a few weeks then TDEE minus 15% after that. She also suggested I change my exercise just for a little bit.
Not only I didn't gained weight while eating that much, but my strength went up 20 on my deadlifts for example. This is the picture I took this morning. Not bad for someone who gave birth to 6 kids. The possibility of seeing my top 2 abs (please can I direct you away from the extra skin I had to tuck un my pants thanks to those same 6 kids)
