Does any of you take any vitamins or supplements?

I am taking calcium and vitamin D. Do I need anything else?

I am :) I am taking fish oil (cuz I hate fish and seafood), vitamin C, calcium, a multi-vitamin, and prenatals (so I can prep my body for when we have another baby :) )

Fish oil, vitamin B, vitamin K, vitamin D (PNW- it's a must!), a multivitamin and a few others that my naturopath has me on. Hopefully I can drop the vitamin B soon, what with eating more meat (just getting started).

I take a multivitamin, B-Complex, Fish oil and Vitamin D

I have deficent levels of Vitamin D so the suppliments are a must

The mutivitamin, B-complex and Vitamin D are whole food ones I get through my chiropractor (I get my fish oil through them too) - even with eating clean I know there are some vitamins and minerals I may be lacking on any given day...and while I eat a decent amount of fish with Omega 3 it can be hit or miss in any given week.

I take what I have found to be lacking, as per food tracking.

Omega 3 Fish oil (is given, especially because of my arthritis)
Vitamin D3 (living in Germany..well it's right next to the sunshine state of Britain :-)
    Vitamins ACE
    Selenium
    Magnesium
    Calcium

I am still missing Manganese, then I am ok.

I do fish oil, magnesium, and vitamin D, sometimes a multi-vitamin, I also consider my coconut water a supplement for potassium.
