Not sure if I spelled this right. But has anyone heard of them. And if so, are they any good. They are supposed to be no carb and no calorie. Seems a bit crazy to me, but it was on the Rachel Ray show so I give it a small amount of credence??

I haven't heard of these particular noodles but I buy Miracle Noodles by Nasoya and they have 35 calories per pkg. There is a similar product called Shiritake Noodles.
My daughter tells me the Vietnamese have no calorie noodles but she hasn't given me the name yet.0 -
I'd really like to try them. Shirataki noodles come in soy(tofu) and non-soy versions. I've found the soy versions in Asian food shops but can't find the non-soy (Miracle Noodles or No Oodles) locally. I'm a little leery about buying a case on-line until I've actually tried them and buying just one bag on-line is a bit pricey.0

they are made of soy. i had them once. a little rubbery i thought. could have been the way i prepared them. i can only find them at whole foods, trader joes. those stores are 20 miles from me. so i don't go there often.0

I have tried them and they are ok if you make it spicy to mask the odd flavor but as a pasta lover I prefer to use Dream Field. It is a regular pasta altered to not cause a blood sugar spike you can look it up for a real explaination on how it works. I haev tested before and after eating it and it holds true. I do not get a crazy spike like regular pasta and it taste great it any type of dish. Now it does have carbs just as many as regular pasta so don't go crazy but you can enjoy it and know your BS isn't going through the roof.0
