Our Lady of Weight Loss suggests using crafts as a way to help refocus or weight loss journey. One of the suggestions from the book is to make a inspirational or motivational bookmarker. If you would like to give it a try here is what to do. Cut out a 2 inch by 6 inch piece of card stock, grab some stickers, markers and ribbon and decorate the card stock into a bookmarker. Write or draw inspirational or motivational words or phrases on the bookmark. Try and place your bookmarker somewhere that you will see it often, like your wallet calendar or night side table with your current book.

Ok, so the daily dose is becoming the weekly dose. Mostly because I hate to type. But I found another tidbit on the "Our Lady of Weight Loss". Here is this week's tip.
Dining out:
Most people read the menu for what they cannot have, and in so doing, they expend a lot of energy and impose a great deal of ‘optional suffering’ on themselves.
Instead of reading the menu for what foods that are not in alignment with your weight loss calls, read the menu for what you can have.
Chew on that as you adjust your ‘menu focus.’0
