Well I'm back from the gym with good news!!! I started eating 2000 cals on the first of May and making sure I ate my bmr(I never used to worry about bmr. Anyway I've lost .5kg which doesn't really bother me BUT I've lost 6.5 cm and gone down another body fat % so I'm at 21% which was 8.5mm of fat using the calipers excluding the loss on my calf as it doesn't go into the equation. But the fat on my thighs went down by 2.5 but didnt change in cms so clearly my fat is being replaced by yummy muscle. So I'm very happy, and as of tomorrow I'll eat at tdee for a week....you never know what might happen.

Just thought I'd share my news.

Thanks everyone. The one thing I have really learnt on this journey is don't worry about the scale number. Yes I'm still a daily weigher and hopefully one day I won't. But when I was at weight watchers it was all about the number and that's all the focus. Yes I'm 66ish kg and according to bmi I'm still overweight but hey only 21% of me is fat and so many programs don't take that into account. Not to offend anyone but the fat% and fitness is all that concerns me these days.
