Did a bit better with this run from last run. Trying to work on my technique a bit and I added 1 additional 60 second run to this one. Hopefully Saturday’s run will be easier and I’ll feel okay to move on to week 2!

    I did it Tuesday, but I didn't add on to it. :) We will see how day three goes for me this afternoon.

    It wasn't easier, but it wasn't harder either. I think I need to work on my posture when I run, sometimes I get knee pain and sometimes its my hip. I'm hoping to get new sneakers soon, maybe that will fix some of my trouble. W1D3 for me tomorrow. Keep up the great work ladies! :smile:

    Nice going!! The earlier you adjust your technique, the easier it will be in the long run. Dur hurrr I said "long run" :P

    I'm worked on shortening my stride and engaging my core while running. I think that's why my quads were so sore...too long of a stride. But engaging my core really messed with my breathing!
