Not a huge change for 5 months - only 4 pounds lost. Hopefully you can tell which is the before and which is the after!

I can definitely tell a difference in the before and after. You didn't have a lot of fat to begin with so you change may not be as drastic as others, but the proof is there that the system works! Great job!0

There *is* a noticeable difference - less pouch in the front and definitely thinner in the legs. You look *toned* and you look *strong*. (Your figure was pretty admirable to start with, imho.)

Did you measure, if so, how many inches did you lose if you lost any?

I did eat at a deficit (I think lol). I had cheat days - not really planned, they just happen sometimes - that I didn't always log, so there's no way to know for sure, but I would guess that I averaged around 1500-1600 calories through out the program.
As far as strength goes, here are a couple of major stats:
Deadlift - 60lbs to 100lbs
Squat - 60lbs to 80lbs
Bent over row - 30lbs to 50lbs
Bench press - 50lbs to 75lbs
Measurements - I hadn't done them (shame on me!) so I'm glad you asked. I lost:
Bust - 1"
Waist - 1.75"
Hips - 1.25"
Thigh - .75"0 -
