Am I moderate or Active?

I have calcualted my activity as moderate but I am not sure if it is correct or not. I currently do the following:
New Rules of Lifting Workouts 3 x Week
Personal Trainer Workout Session (Weights and Cardio Intervals) 3 x week
Insanity DVD's 3 x week
Jogging 20-30 min. 3 x week
The rest of the day I am pretty low key with not much activity. I have just started eating enough calories to net my BMR at the end of the day.
Here are my stats using moderate activity:
BMR:1479
TDEE: 2293
TDEE (-15%): 1949
Weight: 165
Height: 5' 5in.
BMI:28% (not sure if this is accurate or not)

Hey Hannah,
You are easily moderate and borderline very active! How many hours and how intense are your workouts during the week?

Maybe you could try eating at Active for a while and if you gain or don't lose, bump down to Moderate.
Here is the best BF calculator I've found. I had my measured with a hydrostatic test and it matched the results on the military BF calculator almost exactly.

Unless you're moving around a lot during your normal workday, I would say moderate.0
