    I did 1 hour of zumba then cycled 6 miles to and from work :)

    I decided to change it up and went to the gym and did my first cycling class ever. It KICKED MY BUTT. It was by far the most intense hour of a workout i've had in a while. I will definitely be going back...after my legs stop shaking. HAHA
