Are people in this group still around and hitting the gym early in the morning?
Who is working out in the mornings still? What kind of workout are you doing? How early?

I got to sleep at 9:30 last night, but wife unintentionallly woke me up at 10:30 and I have been awake since. Hit the gym this morning. Did 10 min warm up on the mill at 5mph. Did chin ups, dips, seated rows, back extensions, shrugs, and push ups. Going to carb and protein up, then run as best I can. Workout suffered a bit…
Well did a half hour 4mph walk today from 530 to 6 am. Temperature was comfortable at that time and traffic almost none. Heading at 7 am for a full work day. Hope to find out that the exercise helps me to tackle what a day brings on. What about you does it help?

Did you workout this morning? If you did, share with us what you did! I ran/walked 1.5 miles, up/down hills, in 25 minutes (so out of shape)!
Do you feel vulnerable performing your outdoor exercise routine in the mornings? When cycling I dress very androgynously, wear a baseball cap and with my height hope I look masculine though the cross bar on my bike may give the game away lol.
