Who is working out in the mornings still? What kind of workout are you doing? How early?

I start my workout at 5 am. i do my bike for 30 the elliptical for 30 or walk or my video. and i do weight 3 times a week.0

I'm joining and committing to 30 minutes in the morning 4 days per week. Hope others are still here to help with accountability!!0
