Are you doing more?

Hi, I just wanted to check in and see if you are sticking to the program with just the 30 minute videos or are you adding more to get your results? I started off doing extra workouts but have just been doing Jillian's program the last 2 weeks while watching my food intake using MFP. I'm getting ready to start Phase 2 next week and wanted to see your thoughts or if you think the results will suffer. So far not a lot of weight loss but I am seeing a difference in the shape of my body.
