Hi, I just wanted to check in and see if you are sticking to the program with just the 30 minute videos or are you adding more to get your results? I started off doing extra workouts but have just been doing Jillian's program the last 2 weeks while watching my food intake using MFP. I'm getting ready to start Phase 2 next week and wanted to see your thoughts or if you think the results will suffer. So far not a lot of weight loss but I am seeing a difference in the shape of my body.

I just started going to the gym and doing extra cardio. I'm hoping it speeds up my results, but honestly I just needed to get the heck out of this house! I'm getting cabin fever here with it being summer vacation and everyone being home/having no classes myself.0

A lot of people seem to add extra cardio to the stregnth training videos. Also most of the people report massive inches lost but not necessarily a ton of weight. It can be done though if you stick with Jillian's meal plan (which I don't). Check out this before and after picture of one of the girls.

I add normally and jog/walk, group power, or some other form of Abs or Cardio.....0
