Why are you interested in this challenge? What do you hope to achieve by watching what you eat and eliminating stuff from your diet?

What I hope to accomplish?
I would like to eat clean for the entire challenge. I eat clean during the week - however, at the moment I have one cheat day a week.
I would like to eliminate that from my diet.
I would also like to increase the amount of protein I eat and decrease the number of carbs I eat daily.
What do you want to accomplish??0 -
I'm hoping to reduce my body fat in general but my belly fat in particular. Hoping that eating clean along with exercise will help me to do that.
I also would like to increase my protein.0 -
I want to overcome my late-afternoon-stressed-or-bored-at-work-chocolate-craving.
(...and lose 10 lbs by the end of the month)
