    Phase One Week Two Day One for me and I am stronger than last week. Yes was doing the advanced moves and holding my weights during cardio. I am really loving it ::-)

    I am partway through week 1. So far I like it. Thankful there's not a lot of pushups so far.... they aggravate a wrist injury I sustained last year.
