Weekend Plans-What will you do to stay on track?

So this is my first weekend on this site and to be honest- I feel like the weekend tends to be a free-for-all. Even though I don't want that mindset, I do tend to lose track of what I'm eating and doing. Any suggestions? What are you doing this weekend?

weekends are tough...we eat out a couple times. will just have to be aware of not overeating. but on the flip side i am more active on the weekend!0
