Hi, I am from Howell Michigan and really would like to find some workout buddies! I have a Golds Gym membership, mountain bike ride and hike! So this is my first weekend on this site and to be honest- I feel like the weekend tends to be a free-for-all. Even though I don't want that mindset, I do tend to lose track of what I'm eating and doing. Any suggestions? What are you doing this weekend? :)
