My goal for today is to eat 100 calories under what I'm suppose to eat for the day.

    My goal is to do my Mean Abs June workout, 27 sit-ups, 10 crunches, 20s plank, and 14 pushups. I also want to do some negative pull-ups and maybe try some barbell exercises.
