I'm starting whenever the DVD arrives ..i ordered it yesterday from eBay!

It took me a bit longer than I thought to recover from the workout, but then I was fine. I'm actually surprised - I'm not as sore as I thought I would be today. My conclusion is that I'm a baby and wasn't pushing myself as hard as it felt I'm sure in another couple of days I will start to feel like I can do it!0 -
First time was friday was hard sweated buckets legs ached for days haha, Now Tuesday still sweating buckets legs are wobbly definitely still feeling the burn haha0

Just did day 2 yesterday... sore as HECK! lol Just the legs are sore though, really.
And let me tell you what... 2 minutes of jumping jacks switching to jump rope and back just about makes me want to die. I have to fight SO HARD to keep myself going. haha
Going for day 3 today... I hope I make it! :X0 -

I find that they are especially bad because I have a nice roll on the front and a very large chest... the bouncing just doesn't feel good at all. I wear a regular bra with 2 sports bras over and it still isn't great. lol Hopefully this will change all of that a bit.0 -
My day 1 wasn't horrible...but it was bad. My legs still hurt and it is day 3 (will do workout this evening when I get home) The two things I hate the jumping rope and those damn bicycles at then end!!!!!
It is nice to feel the burn though, actually feels like it is working!0 -
I need a bra for my stomach! haha, can't wait till that flab stops flapping when I'm jumping!0

Just finished up day 3. Whew, I'm sore. I have to PT with my unit everyday as well. Today we did Crossfit to include 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 squats, and 5 burpees. 5 rounds of this and then 30 DS my body is wanting to kill me! Hey only 27 more days to go! Keep up all the good work ladies0

ok, so day 2 down... I actually felt little better during this round Ithink that knowing what to expect helped a little. Great work everyone! can't wait to hear from more of you as you get your DVDs and get rolling!0

O m geee! I think I died. My arms are numb and my legs feel like spaghetti noodles. And I definitely took more than a few 5 secondish breaks.
I had been doing her beginner DVD since Easter, and that is 45 minutes long. According to mfp, I burned more calories doing that than this one, but I don't believe that. Maybe that's why my weight had stalled. I was over estimating calories burned and then eating my exercise cals back. This was definitely harder than the beginner one. I guess my next "me" purchase is going to have to be an HRM.0 -

Just finished day 6! Finally did every last one of those push ups...the real deal ones my calf started hurting pretty bad during the jumping jacks, but I hung through the rest of the video. Lesson of the day, don't help a co-worker move, do an hour spin class, then try 30 day shred.....My body hates me right now!0

It was day one for me and after everything I heard about it, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but it was so hard but I enjoyed knowing that it must be doing something good. Day 2 soon if I'm not in agony from day one that is.0
