Honestly, I think I'm more happy about being able to do a real pushup now than anything else. I started level 1 and ended up doing wall pushups because I just couldn't do them, even on my knees. By level 3 I was able to do the walking pushups on my knees and do a couple regular pushups. I just feel like I have gotten…
Phew! I finished! I am very happy with my results! I plan to take one or two days off, then start again with heavier weights. I hope everyone else is seeing success! My measurments are from Day 1 and Day 30 (I did measure in between, but I just wanted an overall to post)... Neck -.5" Right bicep 0 Bust -2.5 Rib cage -2.25"…
This group is soo quiet that I think a lot of people have quit. I am still pushing through, even though level 3 absolutely sucks for me. I used to love doing the shred every day. Now, on level 3, I dread it and put it off half the day.
Hi just started level1 day 1 this evening. Seems like a really good work out . Has anyone noticed a difference and how long did it take I cant believe how intense it is. Hope to see good results.
So tomorrow is day 10 on level 2 for me. I watched level 3 this morning after I did level 2 day 9 today. Anyone have any wise words for me to psych me up for level 3?

Anyone else experiencing foot cramps during the workout? So weird! I had to stop a few times and shake out my feet. And during the squats, I had to turn my feet out (like a plie) to relieve the cramps. I eat bananas daily and drink TONS of water!
I will be posting mine this evening :) Can't wait to see a difference!
I did it yesterday and usually I'm really sore the next day, I work really hard when I do it pushing myself when I want to give up, anyways I woke up this morning expecting to be aching and I'm not, not even a little bit, this is an improvement lol also I'm getting better at push ups (still completely useless but I can do…
Hey, thanks for setting up the group! I'm Laura, from York in the UK and started my first 30DS on June 1st. I do some cardio already.. volleyball once a week and running twice a week but no strength training at all. Think this is going to hurt.. so the more we can support each other the better! Lots of love x
