I took this obviously not because I am a great chef or gourmet cook...no! I am showing this because when I looked at it afterwards it HIT ME...this is the same thing TGI-Fridays, Ruby Tuesday's, Chilli's and Applebee's make! I have ordered before!
They give baked fish & sometimes with shrimp with it, brown rice with tomatoes in it...frozen broccoli florets and/or roll (optional)...They microwave, get frozen stuff, put in convection oven and just slam on a plate and give to us.....sooooo why not do it yourself...at least most of the time. I made all this in less then 25 min! Don't get me wrong I like to go out to eat too just.....I am just saying if you can do what they do....

    That looks wonderful...and I'm sure your homemade version of it has so much less sodium and other additives!!
