I have been reading all the awesome information in this group have tried to figure out my BMR and TDEE but I am not sure how to account for breastfeeding? Do I just add it to my TDEE? Thanks in advance for any advice you have to offer me!
I have about 50 pounds to lose and I want to be able to feel healthy and comfortable in my skin and have the energy to keep up with my kids!

I believe you should add 500 calories to your cut calories.0 -
