eating too much rubbish and not even paying attention to it. *Sighs*
so how do you cope when you've had a bad day?
I am giving myself this weekend off tracking and then will get back on it after the Jubilee.

I have noticed that for 3 weeks out of the month, I have no trouble eating clean. Then for that 1 week that I'm PMSing my appetite is insatiable! I get frustrated that my eating habits change so much because of my hormones, but I am learning to accept that this is the way my body works. I think one of the biggest battles is getting to know your body (when you are hungry for real food vs when you are eating emotionally) and then learning to work WITH your body rather than against it. Sometimes cravings can be helpful because they tell you something, such as you need to drink water or take supplements.0

I have a hard time eating anything during my week of monthly fun and when I do eat, its not healthy. I am consciously trying to battle that. I find also that I get bored at night before bed when the kids and husband are in bed already so I have been trying to read instead. I find that if I have my hands doing something other than reaching for food, then it works. I also drink a lot of water before bed. Granted I get up a few times at night but I also attribute that to drinking water constantly throughout the day. I am really bad when it comes to eating out . .. I need to make better choices and I'm working on that.0
