Okay - this is exciting! Since I started MFP in January, I have lost:

5" in my bust
6.5" in my waist
6.5" in my hips
4" in each thigh (8 total)
1" in each upper arm (replaced fat w/some toned muscle :) (2 total)
.5" in each calve (1 total)

Total for the first half of the year: 29 inches!!!!

How about you?

Hello Joanne! I was just looking at this the other day. I started tracking 6 weeks into this journey after I lost 14 lbs. but here they are since Feb 20th I have LOST......

    HIPS - 8- inches
    WAIST- 4-inches
    BUST- 4- inches
    THIGHS- 4-inches each
    CALF-1- inch each
    UPPER ARM -2- inches each
    FOREARM -1- inches each
    ANKLE -2-inches each

I feel so good when I look at this! I am now at a weight after a Weight Watcher run in 2000. This is the weight I ended up going back to my old ways which is why it is so important to continue on. My next milestone is 6.5 lbs away. 1996 after a round of Adkins! The last weight I recall after that is my 30th Birthday when I weighed 129. This is really my ultimate goal if at all possible. I do not have this goal plugged into MFP yet.

Great job. I wish I had tracked inches also instead of just relying on the scale.

I didn't track inches either, until May 18th when I started with the trainer. From May 18th until June 1st - 2 weeks - I can tell you:

STOMACH (The fat between the waist and the hips!) - 1 1/2-inches
    HIPS - 1- inch
    WAIST- 1-inch
    BUST- 1 1/2- inches
    THIGHS- 3/4-inches each
    CALF-1/2- inch each
    BICEP-3/4- inches each

Somewhere I think I have measurements from a year ago before I started (or more appropriately on one of my many false starts). Have to find those.
