Okay - this is exciting! Since I started MFP in January, I have lost: 5" in my bust 6.5" in my waist 6.5" in my hips 4" in each thigh (8 total) 1" in each upper arm (replaced fat w/some toned muscle :) (2 total) .5" in each calve (1 total) Total for the first half of the year: 29 inches!!!!
