I just ordered Chalean, it should be here next week. How many of you use the Team Beachbody website or your coach? I'm definitely going to stick around here, but wondered if you found any benefit to using the other site as well.

My coach added me to her FB group, but honestly I don't need anyone sending me motivational posters 15 times a day. : )

    So nice to see you here, after doing JMBR together!!

    I do have a Beachbody Coach but she doesn't do the CXL or TF program so I'm not sure how helpful she'll be to me while I'm doing this particular program but I do like that she's available to me, should I have any questions or need advice.

    I have a beachody coach and she has been really amazing. I also log my workouts in team beachbody but don't do a whole lot with the site itself. I like MFP and my other support group!

    I have a BB coach and am in her FB motivation group but I don't go there too often. She's not pushy at all, checks in on my occasionally but that's about it. Sometimes I look at the message boards there but not much anymore. I do try to remember to log my workouts there for a chance to win money but that's about it.

    I'm a beach body coach and love helping others. If you don't want a bunch of motivational stuff then let him or her know this. We are what ever our customers need that is what is so great. If you need someone to be motivational that is what you get if you need someone to answer questions then you ask. I use my coach for a lot of things to bounce ideas off of to figure out what to do next or just for some encouragement.

    I have a Team Beach body account and was assigned a coach. However, my coach has never contacted me, not even to say "hi" or "welcome to beach body". I haven't been overly impressed so far and much prefer MFP

    When you sign up did you mark anything that said prefer not to be contacted? If you do that then you need to contact your coach. Feel free message and friend me if you do have questions.
