Today was my fun exercise day.... 60minutes of swimming with my son0 -

I've done 30 mins today of Rosemary Conley Brand New You workout DVD,
and gunna aim to do the last day of Level 1 of the 30DS0 -
Spent another hour in the pool today! I'm on a roll!! )0

Went to the gym :-)
30 mins on the treadmill 7.5% incline at 7.5 km per hour.
15 mins cross trainer.
15 mins weights.
Not too bad today -)0 -
23 mins Aerobics...0

Okay, today I did floor exercises (crunches etc) for only about 15 minutes--but the evening is young and i will get the other 15 in. The rest of you are incredible.0

60 minutes on elliptical - and 30 minutes of weights. Yeah me!0

I did 30 minutes of gardening. It's not as much as I was hoping to do, but I had houseguests and I'm fighting extensor tendonitis. My top priority is icing and stretching right now, so I don't have to fall behind on my running!0

Busy day for me today! Getting ready for a garage sale this weekend, living on the third floor, and cleaning as I went gave me about six hours of activity including 18 minutes of running up and down those ever loving stairs. I'm so ready for bed it isn't even funny. Here's to a productive and active day tomorrow. G'night all!!0

I've had a busy 3 days and no time to check in.
Day 1 I went for a just a walk to the store with my hubby to be to get some quick groceries
Day 2 I was in a ball hockey tournament and I played in 3 ball hockey games
Day 3 was day 2 of the ball hockey tournament played 3 games there and then had my ball hockey league game!

I did an hour and thirty minutes hike while listening to some music.0
