The week off...thoughts?

So I finished Phase 1 and I took the suggested week off...I have to say I won't take a whole week between phase 2 and 3. I felt like crap all week. But then again I may finish phase 2 a NEED a week. Or maybe my mistake was truly taking a week off...I didn't run either. I usually lift M, W, F and run Tue, Thu, Sat. Maybe I should have still run. Anyone have thoughts on this?

I am very eager to start phase 2 on Monday!

    I just finished phase one, I didn't do the bonus workouts, couldn't see the point. I am not planning on taking a week off. I'll have to head to the gym though as I don't think I will get the same benefit doing the home alternative exercises. Wish me luck!

    Go for it sister! Started phase 2 today...good fun...I broke a serious sweat. For added umph on my step-ups (and due to the fact that I just can't hold bigger dumbells :-) )I made the step itself substantially high...boy did that add to the hard work factor.
