Phase 1 complete!

No huge results through phase 1, but still very happy with my progress. I lost 2.2 lbs and a half inch in several different areas, like my arms, thighs, and hips. Not huge changes, but I can see big differences in muscle tone. My arms are getting awesome. Under the flabby skin that is slowly going away, I look like I can beat someone in a fist fight. And my thighs are starting to look tighter and less like "elephant trunks". My tummy, under the annoying belly fat, is starting to show some tone, and it looks like I have sculpted fat. These little changes are what keep me motivated, to get rid of the fat that is hiding this great body I am rediscovering after all these years.
I just did workout 5, and even though it wasn't super challenging cardio-wise, my arms are swearing at me right now I've been doing Cardio 2 for about a week now too, and I soooo enjoy it more than cardio 1. I might even do it later today, even though I don't have to.
Hoping to push myself further this month and really looking forward to see what new torture awaits in the next 4 weeks. :bigsmile:

I'm glad you posted this because I am starting week 4 of phase 1 today and I was just saying how I haven't lost alot of weight but I can see a huge change in muscle sculpting on my arms, legs and tummy. I was actually thinking about stepping my game up and trying extra cardio or changing around my diet a little bit since I havent seem huge results but I am happy to see someone else is on the same page as me!0
