im not a fan of vegetables..so i will try to have some with my meals..
This! I don't mind veggies, but it wasn't a priority growing up, so I don't really know great ways to prepare them other than with cheese or cream of something soup smothered all over them (southern cooking). I like raw veggies, so maybe just have those ready to snack on.0 -

One thing I will change is to log in EVERYDAY
I see myself slipping up and not logging in. The accountability factor is huge for me.

To up my exercise by a few minutes each day. Today I did an extra 4 minutes on top of my regular 60.0

Work night's in a restaurant and I tend to stay awake until dawn, sleep all day or get barely enough sleep.
I will try to change these habits and make it to the gym or do a video by 10am everyday this week!!0 -
Sweets are my enemy. I finished my last bag of Swedish Fish yesterday and they are now banned from my home.0
