    Anyway, I just wanted to echo that my doctor definitely pointed me toward Atkins as well for my PCOS and insulin resistance. Thanks for sharing!

    Boy did I know that was coming! LOL!!!!!

    Its a great reference, easy to read (helps alot of patients who are easily confuzzled by medical jargon), and the best part is that there are support groups all across the country for this!
