My new mirror fridge...

Hi everyone, I'm new.
I'm 5ft10, BMI currently 23 and I'm pretty fit (training for adventure racing so trail running, mountain biking, weights for strength etc), but I'm "squishy"
So the goal is a BMI of 20 - 20.5 while maintaining all my current muscle.
Anyway, I wanted to share my fridge story - I have just bought a new fridge and I chose one with a mirror front, and I never snack anymore! Looking at myself in a mirror just as I'm reaching for some food seems to put me off totally. I guess it has the same effect as the old "put a photo of yourself on the fridge" thing.

Buying a new fridge isn't exactly in my budget, but I think I will Macgyver it and tape a mirror to the front. This is a great idea as my number one problem is late night boredom snacking!0

Wow I want one that would help a lot. Or If I just ate naked all the time.0

I used to have a pic of myself in a bikini ( a rather unflattering one!) on the fridge, but the mirror works better. So taping a mirror to the front seems like a great compromise!0
