Congrats on all your wonderful progress and efforts!
14-16 hour work weeks for the past month are winding down, so I hope to get back to better habits-how have you all been doing? What are the plans?
Mine are:
M: spin and weights pm
T: run 55 min am, bike pm
W: spin and weights
Th: Bike Run Bike (30; 30; 30)
F: spin, weights and maybe swim...outside...in Montreal!!!
S: 55 min run and swim
S: break/hot yoga/swim

    Tues-One Hour Swim/15 mile bike
    Wed-One Hour Swim/3 mile run
    Thurs-One Hour Swim/15-20 mile bike

    Race week. YAY!!!

    M: Swim 1600 (starting to learn fly, ugh)
    T: 1:40 on the bike, 40 min run
    W: 1:30 run, 1 hour bike
    Th: 1:30:00 interval bike
    F: 55 minute swim, 30 min run
    S: light workout (not set in stone)
    Su: Race.

    Good luck in your race, Scott! My week is looking like this:

    Monday: enforced rest (just went back to the doctor, confirmed bronchitis, I'm on the antibiotics!)
    Tuesday: swim drills
    Wednesday: morning cycle?
    Thursday: spin
    Friday: weight training, run
    Saturday: swim training
    Sunday: long ride

    Today I did my first "brick" workout! 20 mins on bike, 15 mins run. Not as bad as I thought it might be, but I'm sure as I add time and mileage, it will be much tougher.

    Sunday: Run 2.5 miles
    Monday: Bike 20, Run 15
    Tuesday: Strength
    Wednesday: Bike 35 mins
    Thurs: Run 20
    Fri: Swim 30 (finally getting gym membership!)
    Saturday: strength
    Sunday: Bike 40

    Weekends open to interpretation I am sure there is a bike ride in my future weekend!

    Fri-swim(first swim in the intracoastal with my Tri-Training group, I am so excited to be back with the group)
    Sat-walk/run & swim (group)
    Sun-bike/swim (group)

    Well...it is mid week and I'm just answering...but here goes.... RACE WEEK HERE!

    Monday: Monday I was supposed to swim and run, but I got in the pool and they got me out within 5 laps because there was lightening outside. NO SWIMMING in an indoor pool during lightening...who knew? So, Monday was just running.
    Tuesday: Morning swim (45 min.), afternoon bike
    Wednesday: Morning run, mid day swim (going to sneak out of work at lunch to swim!)
    Thursday: Morning swim, mid day run, evening bike
    Friday: swim only, possible evening walk
    Saturday: Play on the beach with my kids and get ready to race Sunday!
    Sunday: Race day
